How AI Pulse is intended to operate

AI Pulse is designed as a read-only assurance platform. Its role is to observe, assess, and report on AI-related posture, governance, and supporting cloud controls. It is not intended to mutate customer cloud resources or remediate infrastructure on a customer's behalf.

In customer deployments, AI Pulse may process configuration, metadata, control evidence, and related cloud-service signals that are made available through the permissions granted by the customer. The exact deployment, hosting, retention, and contractual data-processing terms may vary by customer environment and are expected to be governed by customer-specific agreements where applicable.

5. Sharing

When we may disclose information

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information:

To service providers
Such as hosting, communications, analytics, or security providers that help us operate the site or support the service.
To Microsoft or marketplace channels
Where needed to manage leads, offers, support, or commercial processes associated with Microsoft Partner Center or Marketplace.
For legal or security reasons
Where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or customers.
6. Retention and Security

How we protect and retain information

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational steps to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, but we work to limit access to those who need it and retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law or contract.
